As part of their ongoing remix project to celebrate the anniversary of The Go! Teams' 2004 debut, 'Thunder, Lightning, Strike', The Orielles have been given 'Hold Yr Terror Close' to play with, and the results are dynamite. They've taken a simple track with nothing more than a vocal and a piano, and they've morphed it into a sexy slice of deep, hazy Electronica. It's completely gorgeous and feels like it was recorded during a chilled afternoon on a beach somewhere, staring at the sea. It's also giving me some serious New Order vibes, which is no bad thing. Lovely stuff.
