If there were a competition to make the most middle of the road pop song ever written, this new George Ezra single would smash it out of the fucking park. Predictably, it's not a million miles away from his previous singles, full of bouncy verses and familiar hooks (all of his songs are starting to meld into one for me, to be honest). But, this time, in an incredibly bold move, he's chucked in a chorus that lands somewhere between Russ Abbott's 'Atmosphere' and 'Auld Lang Syne', and my brain just doesn't know what to do with it. Send help.
